Dear Johnny Dare Morning Show,
I know there are more people that are worse off. But we have been in a rut for the last year and a half. Last year in august my husband was let go after being there for 11 years. He wasn’t able to find any work until a week before Christmas. In that time we had to clear everything out just to stay afloat. We are now living paycheck to paycheck barely being able to pay our bills. Most of the time we won’t eat dinner because we can’t get groceries. I work 9-5 and he works 3 to midnight, so we never see each other. We have 2 kids Dakota who is 4 and Mayson who is 3. They don’t know we will not have a Christmas yet we were hoping to scrape up a little money to get them a little something but that looks impossible now. Last night when my husband came home from work, he came home with bad news, the transmission in his truck went out. We don’t know what to do Johnny! I have cried myself to sleep for the past month now worrying about Christmas and my oldest birthday on January 6. Not being able to give them even one gift. Thanks for reading!
